FTP and cPanel are the only methods we support. We can't help you with your slow internet connection. If it is a bunch of files, you could make smaller archives and extract them from the server.
Your account has been suspended for Phishing. This suspension falls under our Zero Tolerance Policy. Your account will remain suspended until it is terminated. No backups are allowed and no exceptions will be given. It will be terminated 14 days after the suspension was placed on it.
I have unsuspended your account. You should be able to unsuspend yourself from the account panel next time. This suspension could be because of a high CPU or memory usage. If you would like to know the exact cause, I can escalate this thread and a staff member can give you the log details.
