Have you checked your spam folder? if so, add to your contact list/whitelist the x10hosting.com domain, and ask your email provider to whitelist it also.

Why not have a page display when users submit a new support thread, where they can see the most common support problems and answer, and hide some text in between the links that they need to copy to be able to post their thread. This way, we would force the users to view some threads before...

Yeah, the upgrades and moves currently done right now are done so that there could be minimal disruption of service down the line, later on.

Well Corey mentioned in http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/115601-updates-upgrades-etc.html that the servers could become unresponsive and some services could not work during the move.

Corey pointed out that the servers will more than likely come down, or be unresponsive during the move, so I guess, yeah, it could be considered "normal" during a move.

We are glad you appreciate the hard work we put in here.

Nice, I think I'll build a little php utility to query a database where this info will be stored. This way it'll be easier to know what code means what.
