Rename or delete index.html and it should then go to the index.php file, which is the joomla install.

That page is a pain actually (it loves to stay int eh browser cache for WAY too long), you may need to clear the browser cache as well. For what it's worth, the page loads here again, so it should be good to roll :)

There is, he's got no index page in there, and Litespeed's got indexing off. He does actually have the domain on his account, the backend isn't syncing up though.

Does it give any error messages at all, or bounce-back messages if it gets rejected at the other end? What email provider are you trying to send to?

The AMP had some problems where it would kick back the error code DEADBEEF, that should be fixed, and the cpanel itself should be working as well.

You can still have the arabic language present if you translate it to english/spanish/french and have said translation easy to locate, keep that in mind.
