Replace the UPS battery :) . If you run them through a full charge/discharge cycle once a month or two, the battery will last quite a while.

It really depends on what is going on. If I know I'm going to be traveling with a laptop and don't need to use it for a half hour, I will put it in suspend mode. I only use Hibernation however when the battery gets too weak to work on.

Suspension reason is listed as Inactivity. You can unsuspend yourself from inside of your Account Panel (from this page https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&suspension ) in the future.

I doubt it's an issue with each of the websites. They're pretty big and probably have a content distribution network (CDN) keeping them running. You would need a massive botnet to even take down sites such as Google, which are rather engineered to handle such attacks. More than likely, your ISP...
