While I am by no means a person who keeps tabs on the copyright issues of today (which is a giant mess), embedding content that has copyrighted content on your site would be in my eyes legal. As you said, things such as music and content is already tagged by YouTube whether you notice it or not...

Many issues with the FrontPage counters point to the fact that the counter is looking for a file on your C Drive, obviously not something the server can access. CGI-based counters are at minimum better as they aren't as touchy to the way Publisher creates those.

You're not showing as suspended in the system but your account is obviously still suspended. I'll escalate this thread to someone who can fix it.

From the looks of things MySQL isn't too happy on any of the free servers. My test account on Starka is showing the same problems on a previously working install of SMF. If that is the actual problem, I wouldn't know.

Windows 2000 was awesome. How could anyone miss it (maybe because it was used more in corporate situations, whereas ME/98 was more popular for home use?).

Does your website happen to use MySQL or is it purely PHP driven? At least from what I've seen, MySQL might be acting up causing these problems. I don't know for sure however.
