What happens when you attempt to log in via cPanel? Does it give you a "Login Failed!" message? FTP uses the same Username and Password, so if for some reason your password will not work, go to your account panel and reset it. That should fix the problem. Just be aware, changing your cPanel...

The max users on the FTP server is a global server count. FTP was just restarted on Boru to clear up the connections, so try again.

Stoli was just having an issue with slow operation, which seemed to have cleared up for the most part. I see you are suspended for resource usage. That has nothing to do with bandwidth, but more along the lines of CPU/Memory usage of the server. Un-suspend yourself and try what you're doing again.

It looks to be getting suspended due to resource usage. Do you have any add-ons installed to Wordpress, particularly AJAX plug-ins?
