Are you using Wordpress by any chance? Plug-ins for Wordpress, especially if you have AJAX plug-ins or a lot of them running at once can easily cause a resource limit suspension to occur due to the way Wordpress works.

Which link are you talking about? The one for the forums or the one for the Account Panel? They should both be working as I just checked both in IE and Firefox. Your account isn't suspended from the looks of things in the system, but I'm still seeing the page as suspended. I'll let Staff know...
