I have to add something. There are too much different colors. Instead of blue for "About" and "Enter URL" text, you should use green form your logo. And with the URL box borders, same color would be fine. Try making your <hr> lines little darker.

Lose the space between header and content (like in the picture below). And align that main flash box to bin centered.

You definitely don't know how to make glass effect. Try to google some tutorials on that. I could make you one but I don't know what software you are using. And that table with borders is not a good idea. You could make one box for "BESTPTC RECOMENDED" title and the table (like above) and apply...
