Log into your cPanel using bosco1 Log into your account management panel using your forums name and password.

Make sure the nameservers are pointing to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com this is done at the domain registrar where you got your domain. It can up to 72 hours to propagate to x10 servers. Depending on the registrar.

This account has been suspended for "illegal" content. You will need to request that the suspension be lifted by using the x10 drop down menu in the navigation bar.(at the top of the forums)

I think the easiest solution to your problem would be to recreate the database and add the user at the same time you create the db. For some reason it seems that you are not allowed to connect to that database.
