It is not possible, the only way would be to terminate that account and then have a staff member create the account. At the moment only stoli is accepting new accounts though.

If you look in cpanel, use the file manager to see if the index.html or index.php file is in the public_html/ directory. All viewable pages must be in that directory. You can upload files via the file manager or better yet use a seperate FTP client like FilleZilla

Are you sure you are using the correct password. The cpanel password is different to the hosting(forums) password. Please refer to your confirmation email and double check(try it in all lowercase also).
