PHP error report script - PDO::prepare not working

Have you actually created the PDO object called $dbh? This error usually arises from something going awry in the connection phase.

    Parsing PHP in Html Files

This'll be done with .htaccess, place this line of code in the .htaccess in the same folder as the html file. This should work, although I can't access the server to test it.

how to create a link of file??

It depends which directories you have uploaded the file into and the domain of your site. e.g. All files placing in the public_html folder will correspond to files in the root level of your domain, such as example.x10hosting.com/file.txt Subdirectories of the public_html folder will then...

    Review My Logo/Website

There's not really a lot to review there as the forum is still pretty much unchanged from the template, even the image is the same and there is only one forum topic actually available yet. As for the logo, the colours work well with the theme, but you appear to have over compressed the file...

    Webmail Issues

Each email also contains the domain or IP of the server that sent it. All emails sent through x10 will have x10 address in the 'mailed-by' part of the email headers. Email clients will look at these headers and if the IP or domain appears on their blacklist then the email will be put in the junk...

    webinsta squirrelmail

That URL isn't a valid URL, as it has a double forward slash. Try: http://recommendation.x10hosting.com/mailman/maillist/admin.php

    Webmail Issues

Nothing is showing up because it sounds like it is bypassing the local server completely. As for the spam, it is probably there because the IP it was sent from is listed in Microsoft's spam blacklist due to abuse of the email system on the free servers, the best option would probably be to just...

    Critique my website? Please?

I would say it is a tad small, but if that's the way you like it then I suppose it's fine; it does look quite lonely in the middle there when I have the browser window full screen. The shadow around the main box is also too dark: shadows should be gentle and give dimension but not dark enough to...

my custom 404 page wont show

.htaccess file alterations take immediate effect on the server and you should only have to wait for the file to upload, either through FTP or in cPanel. If it still isn't working, what is the URL location of the .htaccess file and the 404 error file? Also, I am getting an error when I access...

    A little irate @ myself

In general, the design is pretty good, although I'm not sure how much different it is from the stock template. However, there is a little too much going on down the right hand side and the auto-loading video content could be little frustrating for other users on slow computers: perhaps you could...

Best place to put a user downloadable file?

The file can be put in any folder within you account, as long as it is somewhere below the public_html folder, then you can link to it like you would any other file. In terms of security there isn't any best place as you will be giving the link to it away anyway.

    cPanel Error

Which server are you on? Be aware that some of the servers are currently undergoing transfers, so it is likely only going to be a temporary issue as accounts are moved around.

    Google sites, Godaddy and x10hosting

Depends how you want to use it. If you want your old domain to function still be setup, then set it up as an addon.

    Google sites, Godaddy and x10hosting

Yes, you will need to also set it up in cPanel. You will then have to wait up to 48 hours for the DNS changes to propagate globally.

Is there an easy way to turn an old computer into a web server?

You certainly could turn it into a server, although it wouldn't come without its complications and it is not something I would recommend to someone who has never even tried it locally before. The services you will likely want are Apache, MySQL and PHP. These services can either be built from...

    x10 irc channel

You could try downloading a proper IRC desktop application rather than relying on flash in the browser. I don't really know much about Ubuntu IRC clients, but a quick search turned up either XChat or http://www.mirc.com/ that you could try. Desktop IRC clients are far superior to the in browser...

Stupid and funniest questions asked on yahoo answers

That star wars one isn't a joke, there is actually a command for that. Cannot remember where but I'm sure I'll find it. Edit: Found it already. If you are on Windows open a command prompt and type 'telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl'. On a Mac you have to type it in in Terminal.
