Simply register daniel-reviews.cz.cc as the domain in cPanel, and ask that mail.daniel-reviews.cz.cc be CNAMEd to the google apps servers. I myself have it that way on all my domains.

Sometimes it happens that people mess up at some servers thus making it impossible to reach the domain.
