The user seems correct... Try by using mysql-boru.x10hosting.com as the database host (in advanced settings, in the drupal configuration). If that works it means that there could be a problem with the internal redirection on boru.

The second one was not escalated... If you are not an community advocate or higher, it simply closes the thread. I suspect an account manager escalated the first thread after you closed it.

I suspect that frontPage could be the cause. There are multiple problems that this program causes to many hosts.

Both the forum username and the cPanel username are different. That is why I escalated both, and the user probably wants to delete both (I suspect it's the same person) since you are allowed to only 1 free account.

Until you are a community advocate or higher, the escalate ability does not work. You can see it, you can click it, but the escalation is not made. I tried to escalate threads as well when I was not a Community Advocate.

To use php, you need to upload your own scripts, or use Softaculous to install some. To test it, you can upload a file named hello.php to the public_html folder.
