Try using mysql-boru.x10hosting.com as the host and tell us if it works. Also, make sure you have created the database and added the user to it in cPanel.
As it is said, you should open a support thread in the free hosting section of the forum. However I can already tell you that your account was deleted because it was in a suspended state for more than 10 days. If you tell us your cPanel username we will be able to give you further details.
Being a hetero myself, I do sometimes feel uncomfortable in the presence of homosexuals, but I usually don't care, as it's not my life, it's not my choice, it's theirs.
I'd also second masterteam's opinion.
The user seems correct... Try by using mysql-boru.x10hosting.com as the database host (in advanced settings, in the drupal configuration). If that works it means that there could be a problem with the internal redirection on boru.
The system is built in a way that 1 forum account can only be linked to 1 hosting account at a time, and vice-versa.
Anyway,
1st thread: forum username "xalvinx", cpanel username "xalvinx"
2nd thread: forum username "shalvin", cpanel username "shalvin"
The second one was not escalated... If you are not an community advocate or higher, it simply closes the thread. I suspect an account manager escalated the first thread after you closed it.
Both the forum username and the cPanel username are different. That is why I escalated both, and the user probably wants to delete both (I suspect it's the same person) since you are allowed to only 1 free account.
Until you are a community advocate or higher, the escalate ability does not work. You can see it, you can click it, but the escalation is not made. I tried to escalate threads as well when I was not a Community Advocate.
To use php, you need to upload your own scripts, or use Softaculous to install some. To test it, you can upload a file named hello.php to the public_html folder. This is the code that needs to be inside: <?php
echo "Hello World<br />";
echo "PHP version " . phpversion() . " is working! Hurray!";
?>
It will take the time it takes for an account manager to review the thread and start the deletion process. We prefer human interaction than cold machine generated responses. :P
