Creat a CNAME of ftp.domain.com to ftp.username.x10.mx

That's always been the case AFAIK. Databases are files too.

Replace xo7.x10hosting.com with the Server listed in your Quick FTP settings.

When I try to access the Cachewall in cPanel I get "An error has occurred. Please report this problem with our support team." Username: kolbysx1

I'm 99% sure you can only use PHP scripts on free hosting.
