You have 45Gb of bandwidth per month. However, X10 are soon removing all limits on bandwidth and disk space usage, so you shouldn't need to worry about it. Anyway, 45Gb of bandwidth is an awful lot unless you have a really big site.

First impression is that the red and the gold clash a bit, you should consider using a more concordant colour scheme. Also, the titles in the right and column are barely discernible from the background.

Definitely get Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Opera. IE is a train wreck of a browser and trying to design a cross-browser site in it is hopeless.
