Help Me! Having problems uploading my site

If you can't get into your website via FTP by any means, you can try using cPanel. cPanel can be reached at http://dmsss.co.cc:2082 or at http://cpanel.dmsss.co.cc . From there, you can upload your files one by one via the File Manager, or you can ZIP your website up, upload the ZIP file to the...

Cant access control panel, file manager, or other pages of my website (Dec 5 12:00)

Re: Cant access control panel, file manager, or other pages of my website (Dec 5 12:0 Temporary Server issue. Lotus was doing that quite frequently around the time it was also running very slow and spitting up Internal Server Errors a few days ago. That's been much better lately. Give it...

Did you play ''No Russia'' in MW2

Only thing that happens is that in some of the missions you'll die if you don't kill ;) UNLESS you're very lucky/the AI is being retarded. But I seriously don't get the controversy such things form over games. I have a stockpile of games here, many of which are rated M for violence, weapons...

Bing Up, Bing Down, Bing Up

You have to love it when Microsoft makes the mistake of fat fingering production code onto their live environment. They had to roll back the site to a working copy until they finish up with what they were doing. Google does do the same mistakes, be aware of that :) Yes, GMail does go down for...

Another site has took my video without my permission..

Disable embedding. Problem solved until they figure out how to download the M4A file from YouTube ;). I'm not sure if that does stop people from clicking on the link and watching the video itself from the disabled embed player.

    48 core processor

Folding@Home, SETI@Home and the other science programs will love the 48-core CPU. Those committed to running those programs as well as using their PC for other things would benefit from it.

    strange message

I checked over every link on his website and none of them showed a domain available error or a 404. Unless he fixed them, I'd have to say probably a typo going on when he's trying to visit it, or perhaps DNS/the server is doing something very weird.

I can't reactivate my hosting account

Your forum account doesn't seem to have a hosting account tied to it. If your account was suspended for more than a few days it was probably already deleted. You can post up your cPanel name so that can account manager can look up the details on it.

    Lotus Speed

I've noticed a speed reduction to the x10Hosting servers, but it's really only during prime time which is 3:15PM for them. I do remember back in the past I used to get 2+MB/s from Absolut :). Of course, not here since I'm with DSL (only downloads at 1MB/s) but on a Fiber connection, of course!

    cant get native resolution

I don't find it confusing at all. I just find it very annoying when I come across monitors saying they run at 1080p and when I checked, they're either running in a 16:10 image (true of the monitor's vertical pixel count is greater than 1080) or they're running at something like 1650x1050, which...
