Starka has been seeming to have some problems recently. You aren't the only one seeing the lag. it seems to be running fine at the moment as I just loaded up a few sites located on Starka. Loaded nearly instantly.

Your site was suspended for an unsupported language. The sites need to be in English, French or Spanish. If you agree to translate the site as soon as possible, an account manager will unsuspend your account.

I would honestly have no clue. For what I know cPanel does give you such info and even that can be tough to get into when people are new to this kind of hosting. I do try to give answers in the most direct way possible though, even though I'm not an admin. I can see basic account information...

The problem didn't seem to fix itself overnight. Double check the configuration for your script and make sure it's set to use localhost as the MySQL server, and that the username and password is correct for the database. Also, make sure that cPanel is showing the database in your account.

Your site shows as Suspended, the reason being that someone was unable to review it as there was a password on it. You'll just need to correct that somehow so that someone can take a look at your site. An account manager should see this shortly.

Ah, ok. I've heard that recently with Ubuntu 9.10 many seem to be having issues with wireless networking. I'll have to see what this mess is about myself soon.

There's nothing wrong with showing the IP address to your site. That's a publicly available IP address that is shared with everyone on Stoli :) Just as a heads up, remove the last i on your username and if your password is correct you should log in. The FTP username and password is the same...

I believe it's a flash only thing at the moment, but many of the media players out there do at least have some basic form of Hardware Acceleration, such as how WMVs can use Overlays in Direct3D to help lighten CPU load, and how QuickTime can do the same thing.
