I found this on google: http://transferdomains.co.uk/index.php?cat=26 IPS tags are what is required to transfer domains. You cannot transfer your domain to x10hosting, only point it. You could transfer the domain to another domain place and THEn set the nameservers to x10hosting. I think that...

You should be able to unsuspend yourself in the account panel (http://x10hosting.com/control), as you were suspended for inactivity. You have to log in to the forums at least once every 31 days ~Callum
