Where are you trying to log into? The account panel, cPanel, the forums? Your forum account doesn't seem to have a hosting account tied to it.

Your account was flagged for having copyrighted content on it. If you don't believe this is accurate, you can have the staff check over it to see if anything is in fact copyrighted or if it's simply a false positive.

If you left your e-mail public somewhere or you sent the spammer a message via your site, the person probably went through the trouble and connected the dots to spam you from what appeared to be your server. The e-mail headers though do show it all though. But finding out what server you're on...

I personally use DynDNS. It's great for hosting home servers, and it's great for hosting sites at static address while allowing me to roll over to a backup server in under a minute (such as if I need to go from x10Hosting to a server hosted at home as a backup).

I do use cookies on my website. Of course, that is ONLY if you log into my site or you visit the forum. Of course, with the forum I can set it to use PHP Session ID strings, but that isn't as reliable and search friendly ;). Not to mention, I've had bad experiences with my database corrupting...

I haven't seen it yet. When I get around to it I'll go check it out. I saw the trailers of it and it did look pretty sick.
