Try this:
Go to cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/ )
Click on Remote MySQL
Add the following to the list:
int.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94
Then clear your browser cache and load your site again.
Having us tell you to use a different username isn't crazy. It is to prevent any mismatches of accounts.
And we have to tell everyone the same thing because they are all having the same problem.
Your account may be in the process of being moved to the new server, Fris.
