    Modifing .htaccess

It's in html.html. Now that I've got an explanation I'll run an unsuspension for it as soon as the system shuts up and plays nice with me :P You may want to either put some form of password protection on the html.html page itself or move it though, just to be safe. The password on the...

    Modifing .htaccess

I was able to fix the .htaccess problem, but site explanation will be required for the multiple mp3's, the multiple strange zip files, and why there's a public file uploader on here. That last one should be a ZT but in the interests of getting more information I'm willing to hear an explanation.

    misconfiguration of my site

Not an issue anymore. You are now permanently suspended for using us as a youtube video downloading service, which is a violation of our TOS under Proxies and File Storage, and a violation of the Youtube End User License Agreement. As such no further access to the account will be permitted...

all backends are down (website down)

Should be fixed. My only advise is to read the TOS before allowing posts on your forum: "Movies and Videos From full featured cinema movies to Youtube videos." I would certainly hope you keep it legitimate.

    Suspension Reason: File hosting zt

Through the client area yeah; I can't guarantee they'll be able to as file hosting's not allowed on Premium either ("While we strive to accommodate all types of sites our shared hosting may not be used for the following: File or Image Hosting Sites"), but that's up to the paid support folks.

    problem

I checked the permissions on SSH before posting it; that's the most common cause of the 500 internal server error. When it attempts to run a php file with the permission set 777, it denies it because this is a security nightmare - it makes code injection much more accessible, and as such it's...

    account suspended

And that part of the tos that said "* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech." That torrentflux part wasn't a joke. You were permanently suspended for...

    Account Suspended.

The problem is once an account is terminated, it's erased in full - we can't keep backups of accounts indefinitely. Once the account's gone, it's gone.

    problem

Fix your permissions on your wordpress install; they're all 777. Files should be 644, folders 755 - that will fix the problem.

    changed hosting plan

You're not on the ad-free infinity plan; you're still on the old double-all plan (which was actually doubled again, so double-allX2). That plan didn't have infinite disk; the fact that it had given you infinite disk before the move was likely a glitch as part of the move; the one after is...

    Without knowing Banned!

"vBulletin Forum v4.1.0.Beta.1 incl KeyGen Nulled.zip" It's so obviously nulled it's disappointing it even made it to our hosting service. This one's definitely permanent.

Login Attempt Failed and didn't got any help!

Generally that means there was no Captcha, no "password protection," no filename restrictions, and no way to prevent massive abuse. That's what I just confirmed on the server itself at least - there is literally -nothing- preventing someone from uploading dozens of full version illegally copied...

    Account Suspended

10+ actually on average. Most are quality forgeries without a license #, the others are using falsified keys that I verify with vBulletin anyways. Just wanted to make sure we have accurate figures out there :)

    Suspension Reason: File hosting zt

I fail to see the problem. The default index page for the site, which is the only one any normal visitor sees, is an index.php which does a 301 Permanently Moved Redirect to a site that has nothing to do with your x10hosting account. This is in addition to the files contained in the...

    setting index page to index.php

Viewed your site, it looks like it already -is- defaulting to index.php, so you shouldn't need to do anything special. For nameservers they'd be ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com, and you're more than welcome to use an existing domain with us :)

    Account reactivation request

I'm hoping the cpanel username wasn't "fumaster" - if it was, there's a termination report from 4-26-2011. The account had been suspended for 15.17 days and it was moved to the termination queue and erased in its entirety. If that is your cpanel username, the account is beyond recovery, but...

I ask all users and administrators to read and comment, Thanks

Much better; now I can do my best to actually respond to the concerns. Problem 1 with your 5 day proposal is our datacenter won't give us 5 days if they find out about the abuse before we do. I actually just got an abuse email where the copyright holder gave us 24 hours to suspend the website...

Hello, I'm waiting to build my site more than 3 hours

Depending on how backed up the queue is (usually related to the number of signups we get), it could take up to 72hr for the account to be created, but it's not normally longer than 24.

I ask all users and administrators to read and comment, Thanks

I must apologize, but without some form of punctuation and formatting, I'm finding it downright impossible to actually read what's been posted. About all I'm able to get out of it is that we should have tolerance for what our users do on their account, even if it would violate the terms of...
