No, that will not conflict, just re-create the user with the same password as well and then attach it to the database as stated above. Let me know how it goes.

Hello, there are currently known issues with Shared SSL due to our server issues. Shared SSL if not already working, will be restored when the server moves are completed.

Chopin MySQL is experiencing issues, Chopin is going to be the first server to be transferred and re-configured as far as i am aware, your databases have not been lost, there is just no communication with the MySQL server.
