Hello, if your account has been suspended on the old server, it's most likely that it's already been transferred and all data is on the new server and is safe.

This is correct, cPanel and other features on this server will be slow while the transfers take place, you may get errors and you may not even be able to access the server at all at times. (Shouldn't be the case though.) You can see the status here: http://status.x10hosting.com
