Boru downtime- too much - too often

Hi my site on boru is nearly always down [http], its just come back up but soon itl b down again, why is this. Downtime varies from 20 Hours to ten minutes. I am also signed up for Web Monitoring and get emails nearly 2 times a day. The last one was

By The Way cPanel and FTP are usually fine!

Apache is being rebuilt on Boru by the looks. Shouldn't take too long, keep an eye on http://status.x10hosting.com for any information that may arise.
