We are not kicking anyone out. Fris is having maintenance done on it right now which should fix some problems users are experiencing. Have you tried resetting/changing your cPanel password at http://x10hosting.com/control/ ?

Those are the correct nameservers. What happens when you attempt to change your nameservers?
