there were some issues with the account transfers and some of them are no longer associated with x10Hosting, you will need to open a support ticket with a clear Subject: Account not associated with x10Hosting so the staff are aware of your problem. be aware they are swamped with support tickets...

eN0ch, I can at the least assure you that the cPanel is related to the stuff Corey is talking about ;) As far as your wordpress installation, I have never used it so I am unable to give you direction or reassurance there. I am sure someone will come along who knows wordpress though and aid you ;)

Corey let me be the first to say in this thread that all the efforts of x10Hosting is deeply appreciated and i for one can verify 100% all the things you said about the "competition" - they are in point of fact no competition whatsoever. THe services you offer to people who need free hosting...

which server are you on? Corey posted he is currently working on Chopin's settings and recompiling Apache. THere are still issues with Lotus and Stoli off and on as well since Corey indicated all the work will not be completed until early this week. ;)

there are going to be errors popping up still for a few days as Corey said they are still working on the servers until early this week. Just a heads up is all since I am sure that the Staff is once again flooded with tickets and it will take them some time to answer the support tickets submitted ;)

it will take a bit for support to get back to your tickets they are a bit busy as we all know, and I will go out on a limb and say the error is related to the server work they are doing, I wouldn't fret about it, they will get things straightened out ;)
