The only time frame we have received is that when the move is completed then mail should be back to normal. YOu know as much as we do ;)

I think your suggestion is a great one and agree with you. It is a bit daunting here if you are unfamiliar with the way the forums work and it would certainly take a load of stress off the staff! ;) Cheers!

whatever you are doing to color the grey is not standards compliant whatever method you are using you should use one that works the same in all major browsers. It's just a suggestion, since not everyone uses the same browser for various reasons ;)

IE is not quite standards compliant, FF is that is why you see differences ;)

I' pretty sure they won't ;) I've been with them a long time and they have always provided good support to us free-hosters, I've honestly got nothing to complain about. You picked a hectic time to move here is all :) You can read about my personal experience at other free hosts here: cPanel...
