Personally go for maxotr i literally have a pile of old dead harddrives and none of them are maxtor thers a few seagatres etc but ALL my maxtors going back to my 4gb still work. i don't use em but i tested em occassionaly.

make sure you also upload any images, it maybe that your site is referencing files that don't exit. when you export your page in publisher make sure that everything is uploaded. ( i use FileZilla works perfect for me)

I agree with woiwky. Make sure you are coerrectly forwarding port 80 to your computers local IP address. If your router supports Port triggering make sure this is OFF for port 80 (iv had trouble because of that before).
