I have this probalem on both my XP and VIsta whether on IE or firefox, but only if i have opened \lots of flash videos, i beleve its a bufferring error, just clear your cache and only open one at a time try that.

I think this is rather nice actually i wish my collage site was like it, not too bland, white/grey seems to be a standard for professional sites, flows nicely, maybe you could put a scroller in that top bar for news etc.

I liked the site, main little dig is the wasted space for people with large resolutions, the site itself is rather small on a large white space. Use of coulours is nice and i definately like the background . Good work and good luck.
