The easiest way would be to install a Forum system (Pi606 mentioned some), the place a link to it on your current HTML website. If you want the themes to match you may have to create one yourself (Or ask another member to do it for you).

Yes you will. You can build the website on your computer then upload it to your x10Hosting account, and do whatever needs to be done to link her computer's stream to the website.

There are a couple of ways to do it, you can either get the webcam to take photos every minute or so then upload them, or you could download the software here that allows you to have a live stream, you just need to install it on the computer that has the webcam connected and set it up. I can't...

Most things can be edited from the admin panel. You shouldn't need to have any coding knowledge unless you want to edit templates. You need to me more specific about what you want help on. What do you want to edit?

Short answer: No. The only way to avoid being suspended is to ask a friend to login for you while your away.

Re: Intel or AMD I have three computers and all of the use AMD processors, I've never had any problems with them and they all perform really well. I have never used Intel processors so I can't really comment on how they compare.
