A parked domain requires the same ownership permissions as an addon domain. You must have control over the domain for it to be added to a server where the website can be edited. If that was the case, I could make Google look like my website. Now, a redirect is a whole different issue. Back to...

Did you set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com in the co.cc domain settings?

I agree with lemon-tree; the logo looks blurry. If you want to do some fine-tuning on the template, adding small rounded corners to the search bar would make it stand out less.

I have unsuspended your account. High System Resource Usage suspensions are automatic so you should be able to unsuspend yourself. Regarding what is causing the problem, it could be anything. The suspensions don't record what caused the high usage.
