But couldn't you just use a cheap 2 Gb usb key? Or even 500mb if you can still find them... ;) I would say that CD's are almost useless to me now, all of my computers have a DVD drive and if I need to transfer relatively small files (>1GB) then my usb key does the job fine. CD's are now...

I like both of the templates, my preference would probably be the new one because it has the header which makes it look better. I think its mostly because it looks less squarish than the other template as well. You do however have some code errors for both templates: ;) NEW: 39 html errors...

I haven't worked with this sort of compression much, just a question. How high would the CPU load be? Because it might get you suspended for high resource useage if its high enough.

See the 'Size="15"', that should be limiting the number of characters for that field, however its not very secure. I would recomment that you put an 'if' statement in your reguser.php file which also checks the username length. You should use the strlen() function like the example below...
