That video is supposably in HD. It's running at HD resolutions but the bitrate is only the speed of a 3Mbps connection, so it's quite small. I'm sure if they cranked up the bitrate, the quality would show more :)
Well, it looks as though that Crytek, besides discontinuing patching the original Crysis for the PC a while ago, has been working on the new CryEngine 3, and it is now coming to the high end current generation game consoles!
