invalid system disk error, help nee

To me, it sounds like you're trying to restore an image of the Windows XP Installation. Personally, it sounds like a bad disk to me, but if the drive is formatted with FAT32, give it a reformat with NTFS.

    Help please?

On the subject of the battery it's typically good to use the battery down to 10% power and then fully charge it from time to time. My laptop is 10-11 years old, and the battery as of last month still had it's original life minus a few minutes on it. This past week it finally stopped accepting a...

    Now let's get something straight...

It's really not all that hard. I'm sure that if I were to monitor someone's connection for a month, they'd be surprised on how much they actually use minus internet noise. When it comes down to it, if you're watching TV online, using Hulu/Netflix, watching or uploading HD video and trying out...

    Help please?

It sounds like you need to install a new keyboard onto your laptop if it's still of reasonable age. It's not too hard to do, just like replacing RAM in a sense.

    Computer Drivers

If your computer was made by a manufacturer, you can visit their website and get the drivers straight from them. Before you visit, visit the Device Manager and look for anything with a Yellow Exclamation mark and see what it is saying by bringing up the details of that Yellow'd device.

    Now let's get something straight...

Well, two years ago Australia used to be one of the only nations that had ISPs that cap. Now, within the last year, many ISPs in the US and a few in the UK have begun capping users or starting trials, or stating plans to do so. One thing I don't understand is other than the urge for companies...

The Celerons are in fact crippled mainly due to the L2 cache as well as their efficiency.

My old gaming computer used a Celeron 2.4Ghz chip and it ran fine and still runs fine . I also have a hand me down Dell here that runs a 1.8GHz Celeron and it's fine as well.

    iPod Nano VS iPod Classic

Go for the iPod Classic. Tough units considering they have a hard drive in them as well. Recently I repaired someone's iPod Classic, and after I finished repairing it, with the case opened it booted right up, and all of the music played without issues. Sure saved someone a hefty repair fee and...

Quite honestly I...
