Click on custom dns service, Then add the ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com in the text files. There is no need of ip addresses. If you still want the ipaddress then you can ping the nameservers from your command prompt.

Try to flush the dns and clear the cache of your browser then try again. Your website is opening fine here. and I can see the cpanel login page too.
