Okay at this moment i am now assuming it is to do with fris server. It should be back up in a few days. From what i know the free hosting account username is your cpanel username when you sign up so if that does not work that i am 99.99% sure it is to do with fris. you can see updates here...

Well if that is the case then it is the fris server problem. It should be back up in a short while. By then you will be able to access your files and website as well as cpanel.

Correct by that info your site indeed, is in the midst of migration it should be done soon. After it is done you will be able to view your files and your website will be up once again.

Like is said this may be to do with fris. I see you are already logged on. Go to x10hosting.com/control/? and you can view your cpanel username. This is if you are already logged on. It will have your forum username and right above that your cpanel username.
