Well OpenDNS is showing the nameservers are right but that might be cached from if it was set before and isn't now; it's also kicking back no records here which means it's not set properly here again.

It's -permanent-. We can't remove the suspension for any reason at this point since it flat out says in the TOS this isn't allowed. If you weren't aware of what you were uploading, that's not a valid excuse as you're the account owner and you're responsible for everything on the account.
