The account management panel is only for free users. You are currently on the paid server, so you won't be needing the account management panel.

There doesn't to be an account by the name of trnovo. Currently the account fly2long is linked to your account.

You need to enter the username as Fernjerkle@fernjerkle.x10hosting.com and not just the username. Check if that works.
