That is cPanel, not https://x10hosting.com/control/ , which is the account panel for your hosting account, which is where you go to change the password.

I actually didn't do anything, it might've just been taking a bit for the unsuspension from the client area to undo. It was unsuspended when I got there XD

Your account was suspended for high resource usage, which means a prolonged period where it was using up CPU/Ram. Wasn't for anything illegal.

That's exactly why I suspended it actually. x10hosting's not a private testing server - it's very much public, so a license is indeed required to use the product.
