Because linux is case sensitive and it's NEW3.PHP, not NEW3.php (note the capital PHP). To avoid this most web-dev's try to do everything in all lowercase - it removes the problem of New3.php, NEw3.php, and NEW3.php, all 3 of which are completely different filenames to Linux.

I just updated your other thread; the problem is you have your perms set to 777 and they MUST be 644 for php files and 755 for directories for php to work. 777 on a php file is a security risk, hence it is blocked.

Again, your permissions are currently 777. For PHP to process they MUST be 644 for files, 755 for folders. If they are not, it will error.

File Hosting is clearly forbidden in the TOS and you got permanently suspended for it. We cannot remove the suspension or provide backups anymore given that the account has had all access permanently revoked.
