Yes.. however, the URL is showing that file name instead of what you said to have selected. I asked to see if it was randomly selecting a different file under your account. What you're pointing out is normal. It's supposed to be showing the file contents in the viewer.

The URL looks to be pointing towards "chrome_58.0.3029.83.apk" in terms of the selected file for viewing. Do you have that file being hosted under your account?

Try temporarily turning on 'display errors' in the PHP settings. This can be found in the normal cPanel. Once you're done resolving the issues it shows, you can (and should) turn it back off.

You have to login via https://x10hosting.com/sso/login in order for your activity to count. Logging in via cPanel's login will not count towards activity. Have you tried logging in using the URL it said to use and suspending it that way?

If the 403 is still triggered then it would probably be safe to say that a mod_security2 rule is detecting the regex pattern. There are some X10 staff who are able to make the rule exception on a per-account basis...
