Nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com; you don't need to keep making multiple tickets for the same thing either. One's plenty (there's been 3 total so far). Is it giving any errors for the primary domain update?

It's brutally simple - your login name exportonala has no linked hosting. Your login name cercas does. It appears at some point you ended up with 2 forum accounts, but the hosting can only be linked to one - I show hosting underneath the cercas hosting. My guess is that's where the confusion...

When you created the database, did you create a new user and assign that user to that database with full permissions? If not, that's the problem - it's entirely possible to recreate a database but not actually have a user assigned with access to use it.
