I noticed that you're using CloudFlare. Do you have access to the CloudFlare control panel by any chance (on their site)? Or have you enabled CloudFlare via the option in cPanel X3 (via the control panel X10 provides)?

Have you added the CNAME record on both the registrar and X10?

In cPanel X3, in the Software/Services section press 'select PHP version'. From there, you can check 'intl' and press 'save'. Should be enabled after.

Well, they are volunteers. It sounded like the issue on your end was to do with getting the password wrong for the forum software. If that's the case then what you did to solve it was probably the only way to go around.

The last IP you mentioned is a private IP. Are you using a proxy or VPN by any chance? Proxies are often used in workplaces and schools.

Have you checked if 2083 is being blocked on the network you're on?

Loads fine for me, though I noticed a few things. '/' would redirect to '/home/gadflyx1/public_html/home' for some reason -- where the homepage is.

The reason for this is because it is in fact being used by another user (admin/owner). May I ask what you're trying to do?
