Wasn't saying you were using a proxy (if you were, you'dve already been suspended for it :) ), but that's why port 80 was blocked and why it's now causing issues on your site.

Nope. They are locked on your account until your account is erased sometime after 14 days automatically. It's the point of a permanent suspension; if you want to use those domains on another hosting account at x10hosting, you have to actually wait for the account with them locked to go away.
