Yours was a high resource usage suspension and not a permanent one. Should be unsuspended shortly; you can either see if there's a plugin or anything like that causing the high resource usage, or take backups - this is one of the suspensions that isn't permanent :)

To clarify, it wasn't using a proxy to log into your hosting account that was the issue. It was you HOSTING a proxy on your hosting account.

We can't. You were permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of our TOS. It clearly indicates shoutboxes and chatboxes aren't allowed, and LiveZilla was hitting the server more than a few times and hogging mysql while it did it.

We do not expedite the erasure of suspended accounts. The system will erase it for us after a minimum of 14 days. Removing it earlier would defeat the purpose of having a suspension as a punishment.
