Sounds like you still have the default index file in your public_html directory. Try deleting the current index file from public_html and then uploading your own index file again. If that does not work just post back again and we will explore the issue farther.

This "error" message is because the new server certificates have not been fully configured and setup yet. In this particular case it is safe to ignore the warning, accept the certificate and proceed.

Your account is on the Absolut server which is being migrated to another server. That could quite possibly be the cause of your issues.
