    Changing Domain?

You can use the 'add-on domains' option in CPanel, set the X10 NS to the domain and then adding the actual domain to your account.

    server xo3 - down-up-down-up... with - Error 503 Backend fetch failed

The 403 HTTP response can appear for a few reasons such as wrong permissions. A bit odd to deny access to your whole site to most IPs for so long (assuming it was set the whole time). Lol.

    Login Looping

Sounds like there was a recent change to the firewall.

    server xo3 - down-up-down-up... with - Error 503 Backend fetch failed

All I see is a HTTP 403 response rather than the error you've posted about.

server xo5 - Error 503 Backend fetch failed

I see a 403 rather than a 503 (and the error isn't from Varnish) coming from that link.

    DDoS protection?

From what I've been told, there is DDoS protection and firewalls to prevent or migrate bad connections (aka attacker). Cloudflare's free plan comes with basic DDoS protection, I'm not sure how good it is. From what I've read, extreme DDoS attacks for Cloudflare is too much and they can end up...

    Upload Size Limit

They have sorted out the other servers previously but as xo5 (not X05) is new, the change was never done for that server for some reason.

    <!--#include virtual="/cgi-bin/my.cgi? directive stopped working.

I know, I know. I'm saying that you don't really need a cgi script for such thing.

    <!--#include virtual="/cgi-bin/my.cgi? directive stopped working.

Making a hit counter using PHP and MySQL will help to do exactly what you want (pretty simple), who needs CGI scripts for things that you can do with PHP and maybe MySQL? ;)

A decision of uploading a certain script..

It is one of those things where it could or could not which was the reason I asked here. Thanks for informing me that. :)

    PHPMyADMIn issues

The error has the hint, your MySQL account does not have SUPER privileges (quoting from phpMyAdmin).

    Issues Logging Into cPanel

A singular character doesn't really answer that question.

    Broken Layout on X05

A little confusing when there are two completely different sub-domain. I thought it was still somehow linked in the other thread.

Cant login to my hosting account!

It was already explained, but I'll rephrase it for you. The issue occurred unexpectedly so it is pretty much impossible to tell when the issue was going to occur, backups (not via FTP) weren't possible at the time of the issue.

    Broken Layout on X05

You may want to move those files over to X10 to minimise the requests, improve load speeds and to avoid external file request issues.

    Broken Layout on X05

Looking at the browser console, there are Syntax and Reference errors in JS files and the visited page, not much of a worry as it is mistakes in the CMS it seems. I have looked at the global and css3 css files and they both have commented out HTML and no CSS what so ever.

    500 internal server error

Yes, the 500 internet server error message can appear for any reason, what I was saying is that it is server related which means the .htacess file could be to do with it. At the moment, xo2 is down so I cannot check CPanel for the server log, though I think I saw it somewhere.. I was going to...

Cant login to my hosting account!

The downtime this year is probably around 4 days in total (universally, not individually). If it is to do with a job then you might as well pay to be on a server which is more solid with uptimes (it doesn't even cost much and has all the goodies, at least that is what it said on a page...

    500 internal server error

Guys, please do check your .htaccess file as pointed out by Dead-i by either commenting out bad commands (according to Apache), removing, adding or just renaming the file. .htaccess is a web server configuration file which can apply its settings to the entire directory it is within, if it is...
