    The only way to "reset" your account would be to delete your hosting account, after which you could sign up for a new hosting account. Before going to that extreme could you tell us what the issue is? Maybe we can help you in some other way.

    The reason for the Fris reboot is for troubleshooting purposes. I realize this is frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience but you really need to wait for staff to sort things out on Fris and see if that resolves your issue. Carl
