Fris should be fully operational again at this point. The status page has not been updated to show that yet. Are you still having difficulty with your uploads?
Due to the fact that your account was recently unsuspended you may need to wait a little while for everything to get completely sorted out. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you are still having trouble after an hour or two just post back and we will investigate farther.

The only way to "reset" your account would be to delete your hosting account, after which you could sign up for a new hosting account. Before going to that extreme could you tell us what the issue is? Maybe we can help you in some other way.
The reason for the Fris reboot is for troubleshooting purposes. I realize this is frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience but you really need to wait for staff to sort things out on Fris and see if that resolves your issue.
