Normally a high resource suspension can get removed by you on the Account Panel; I unsuspended it to speed things up from here though. I'd avoid making the search index if you can, if only because that does appear to be going over the maximums specified here...

It's Zero Tolerance because Corey, our head administrator, is the one who approved the Do Not Unsuspend flag. For that to happen, it had to have been against the TOS, since Corey doesn't come down to suspend or approve suspensions like that without a good reason.

Zero Tolerance accounts are terminated automatically; the period is never less than 14d, but it's entirely possible the script that does the erasing is not running or is delayed, but we don't expedite the process once it's a Zero Tolerance suspension.

No, the account remains suspended for a minimum of 14d before it's erased when it's been permanently suspended. It may very well be longer.

Should be obvious what you were suspended for given your forum username. Orkut Tools, which are classified as spamming and flooding tools, are a Zero Tolerance violation for massive Acceptable Use Policy violation so it remains permanently suspended pending termination with no access to backups...

Nope; double-all is single fee for the life of the account, inactivity's for one year. Your double-all will remain even if you decide to let the inactivity timer lapse :)
