HELP PLEASE / Unsuspention / I still can not access my cPanel

You were zero tolerance suspended for hosting a proxy on your account; that'd explain why it's not working.

    Account Unsuspension

We are unable to as this is covered in the TOS under Warez and is a Zero Tolerance permanent suspension.

    please Unsuspend my account

Because of it being nulled scripts, it's a zero tolerance policy suspension so you will not be unsuspended.

I'm unable to. This is part of the Zero Tolerance policy which means you were permanently suspended with no access to files or backups allowed.

    Hosting Diskspace Limit Question.

That'd be none when you've got links to copyright infringing videos on your site. Enjoy the fresh suspension.

    Account suspension

To cover your recent edit, there's also no mention that once suspended you can be unsuspended. It should be obvious that if you're going to violate US Law and Copyright Laws by uploading a phishing site (illegal use of logos is the copyright infringement, and US/Federal/State/Local laws...

I also informed you of this here: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/132622-500-internal-server-error-please-help.html , back when you first posted with a problem and the violation came to light.

    * File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Hello

We can't; this has been answered several times in the past that we will not install ffmpeg to the servers. 1, there's no reason to have it installed that doesn't break the tos. 2, it's a massive resource hog.

    What to do now

It will erase itself after 14 days minimum; it may take longer depending on whether staff have the script running to purge suspended accounts that are 14 days old or longer. In the meantime it's permanently suspended with no access to the files or account again.

Then I'd imply vigge -was- given the same punishment. Because he actually was.

    About suspensions*URGENT*

Read through http://x10hosting.com/terms - it's all detailed in there. Granted, since you have an account and had marked the box that you did read through it, you should already have done so, but if not now's the time to go back and make sure you understand the terms of use.

    I get Suspended Serverally.

Changed the suspension over to a "Site Explanation Needed" after getting this kicked back to me on the sub and parked domain: So an explanation of what exactly you're doing will be needed before we can proceed further on this one.

I have my own website and I would like to offer free website*****************

Is this reseller account through x10hosting? If not then we run into a problem; what you're trying to do would essentially make you a rival webhosting company of x10hosting's which would mean it's bad for us to explain how to start up a webhosting company. If the reseller account -is- through...

    Account being suspended twice

I see drupal's installed on one of the domains; from what I know Drupal, depending on configuration, can be a bit of a resource hog. Hang tight for staff to come by though, they might be able to go back to the logs and see what triggered it in particular though. Edit: Forgot the most...

    I broke My .htaccess file

What's the issue? Loads fine here. I'll bet $0.00 on it being a caching issue; try clearing the cache on your browser and see if it starts displaying your site again. I'm thinking your browser doesn't realize the page has changed so it's showing the cached one.

    account suspended

Tried an old trick and re-unsuspended it through the system; seems it may have lost the connection halfway through when you unsuspended it, so it changed to unsuspended and took away the button, but didn't actually go through. Should be all set now though, site's loading here.
